Terms and Conditions

Disclaimer:

Selective Pet Supplies B.V. is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under KvK number 91546273. The VAT number of OTSL B.V. is NL865691484B01. Although texts, photos, images, descriptions and prices in our catalogue and website as well as on other data carriers are compiled with the greatest possible care, no rights can be derived from them.

Selective Pet Supplies B.V. can never be held responsible or liable for damage, injury or loss, directly or indirectly resulting from information as described above provided or by (injudicious, incorrect or improper) use of any product sold and delivered by us.

Our Terms of Conditions are appliable to all transactions, from sales, rental, lease, and useborrow. This applies to all OTSL products.

Delivery Conditions:

All deliveries are made under retention of title. This means that all products delivered by us remain our property until the invoice has been paid in full. The retention of title does not release you from your payment obligations under any circumstances.

Payment conditions:

All purchasers of our articles must pay before delivery or immediately upon collection using one of our accepted payment methods unless expressly agreed otherwise. If we allow delivery before payment, a payment term of 7 days after delivery of the order applies.
If the agreed payment term is exceeded, collection may be initiated without further notice, in which case all costs as well as statutory interest and other compensation will be charged to you.

Creditcard / Paypal:

When paid by creditcard or Paypal a surcharge of 3% over the total amount will be charged.

Prices:

All prices listed on the website are shown excluding and including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Typing and typographical errors are reserved. If an article is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel delivery and return any payments.

Information:

Information from the website / catalogue and pricelist may under no circumstance be spread around or used without written permission by OTSL.

Shipping and shippingcosts:

We always aim to ship all orders that we receive before 12:00, including payment, on the same working day. If you place an order during the weekend, we aim to ship it on Monday. You will receive the track and trace code from our carrier with which you can track the delivery. You will receive a shipping message from us on the actual shipment.
If, against all expectations, (part of) your order cannot be delivered immediately, we will contact you. Orders are generally not delivered in parts unless otherwise agreed.
If the delivery period of 30 days is exceeded, you have the right to cancel your order at any time. In this case, we will immediately refund any amounts already paid (within 10 working days).
If the package cannot be delivered during the first delivery attempt, the package will be delivered to a DPD Parcelshop. You must then collect the package there within 5 working days. If a package is not collected (on time), it will be returned to us. The return costs are calculated by DPD to us and in that case we will charge you. If you still wish to receive the order, the shipping costs must be paid again. If you cancel the order in this case, we will deduct the actual shipping costs from the refund. If there are costs associated with a payment method for us (credit card / PayPal) that we cannot reclaim, these will be deducted from the refund.
The above does not deviate, even if you indicate that you have been home all day!

All orders can be picked up at our warehouse.
If you choose to have the shipment sent, we will have this done by DPD.
Shipping is always at the buyer's risk. We are in no way liable for loss, damage, theft, etc. There will therefore never be any compensation.

You can personally choose to give our carrier permission to leave your order in your absence. In the event of loss of (parts of) your order, we are also not liable for loss, damage, theft, etc. and no compensation will follow.

Shipping costs are graduated by country and order size and are calculated in the shopping cart based on Country, order amount etc.
If shipping costs deviate significantly from the graduated scale due to, for example, island surcharges or remote area surcharges, we reserve the right to use a different shipping method and / or charge additional shipping costs. In such cases, we will contact you before shipping.

Sales agreement:

All orders after offer and acceptance, both written and verbal, are binding and obligatory to purchase. As soon as the button “send order” is clicked on the last page of the checkout process, this means that you have placed an “order with payment obligation” and you are obligated to pay for and purchase the ordered products.

Minimum ordersize:

There is a minimum ordersize of €75,00. Also, for some products a minimum quantity is enforced.

Discounts:

If there are multiple discounts or discount methods within one order the highest discount will be applied. Discounts will never be combined.

Reports of damage and flaws:

Reports of damage or shortages must be reported to us in writing no later than 2 days after receipt of the goods. Upon receipt of deliveries, all packages must be checked for damage. If damage to the packaging is observed, this must be registered upon receipt to the carrier and must be reported to us in writing immediately.
If no damage is visible on the outside and damage is found upon unpacking, this must be reported to us in writing immediately, preferably with photos of the damaged products. If items are missing, this must also be reported to us.
If the carrier is contacted without informing us, we can no longer process your damage report afterwards!

Please note: During the processing of all orders, video footage can be made and recorded. Reports of shortages are checked using this video footage

Returns:

When returns are not based on damage or deviation of product, order or delivery, customer will be charged for the costs of shipping. If items are not for suitable for sale we reserve the right not to credit or partial credit.

Payments:

All payments are to be done on our bank account.

Applied Law:

Disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement as much as possible. If that proves impossible, the Dutch court has jurisdiction and the court in the district where Selective Pet Supplies B.V. is established is competent, unless Selective Pet Supplies B.V. chooses the court of your place of residence or establishment.
