Terms and Conditions
OTSL is registered under CoC number 24389028 in Rotterdam. The VAT number of OTSL is NL00163554B13 . Texts, photos, images and descriptions in our catalogue and website and other informationbearers are put thogether with the utmost care, however no rights can be given. OTSL can never be responsible or held accountable for damage, injury, loss, directly or indirectly from information as described above, or by unwholesome use of our products.
Our Terms of Conditions are appliable to all transactions, from sales, rental, lease, and useborrow. This applies to all OTSL products.
All deliveries take place under propertypreservation. This means that all delivered products stay our property untill fully payed. Propertypreservation does not relieve you from obligations to pay.
All buyers of our products are expected to pay with a method that is legal in The Netherlands. Payment is to be done without restraint, comparison, discount or balancing on the orders mentioned payment date. In certain cases OTSL-Netherlands may ask for a payment in advance or deny the right to return goods. Deliveries outside of the Netherlands have tob e paid in full in advance. When OTSL expects payment in advance you will receive an invoice as soon as your order has been processed. This invoice has tob e paid within 7 days, otherwise your order will be cancelled. When the agreed upon term of payment is exceeded we will contact a debt collection agency without notifying you further. All costs including legal interest and others will be on you.
Creditcard / Paypal:
When paid by creditcard or Paypal a surcharge of 3% over the total amount will be charged.
All prices on the website or pricelists are VAT excluded, type errors are reserved. Prices are valid until changed on the website or on pricelists. There will no other prices be invoiced as on the website, provided that this is agreed.
Information from the website / catalogue and pricelist may under no circumstance be spread around or used without written permission by OTSL.
For shipping until a certain value and for shipping abroad casts of shipping will be charged. See for further information “shipping costs”
All orders, written or orally are binding and obligated to our sales agreement. If products do not fullfill the stated quality demands (under judgement of the customer) they must be returned to us AFTER both parties agree to the return. Commercials within 7 days of receiving the products. Products that are specifically requested and/or are made out of material that are prone to spoiling, are excluded from this right. If returning commercials and others not based on quality, the customer is indebted the costs of delivery and shipment.
There is a minimum ordersize of €75,00. Also, for some products a minimum quantity is enforced.
If there are multiple discounts or discount methods within one order the highest discount will be applied.Discounts will never be combined.
Reports of damage and flaws:
Reports of damage or shortage must be no later than 4 working days after receipt of the goods to be reported to us. Upon receipt all package must be checked for damage. If damage to the packaging is observed, this should be noted to the carrier. If there is any damage to the package, and this has not been noted to the carrier loses the right to any advertising. Furthermore, this damage must be reported to us immediately. If no damage is visible at appearance and when unpacked damage is observed, you have to note this immediately, with photographs of the damaged products to us. If items are missing you have to report this immediately within 4 days During the processing of all orders are made and recorded video. Reports of shortfalls are checked on this video!
Permission to leave the parcel:
If you have given our carrier permission to leave the package in case of absence our responsibility ends at the moment the driver indicates that he has left the parcel. In this case no compensation will follow in case of missing (parts) of your order.
When returns are not based on damage or deviation of product, order or delivery, customer will be charged for the costs of shipping. If items are not for suitable for sale we reserve the right not to credit or partial credit.
All payments are to be done on our bank account, by creditcard or Paypal (see for details the sheet "address")
Conflicts are solved as much as we can between us and the customer. If this proves to be impossible, the Dutch Judge has the right of law and is the certified in the area where Beautyfullpets is settled unless we choose for the Judge at your respective location.
