Selective Pet Supplies B.V. is registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 91546273. The VAT number of Selective Pet Supplies B.V. is NL865691484B01. Although texts, photos, images, descriptions, and prices in our catalog and website, as well as on other data carriers, are compiled with the utmost care, no rights can be derived from them.
Selective Pet Supplies B.V. cannot be held responsible or liable for any damage, injury, or loss, directly or indirectly resulting from information provided as described above or from (improper, incorrect, or improper) use of any product sold and supplied by us.
Applicability:
Our General Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions, including the sale, rental, lease, and loan of all products supplied by Selective Pet Supplies B.V.
Terms of Delivery:
All deliveries are subject to retention of title. This means that all products delivered by us remain our property until the invoice has been paid in full. The retention of title does not release you from your payment obligations under any circumstances.
Payment Terms:
All purchasers of our items must pay before delivery or immediately upon collection using one of our accepted payment methods, unless expressly agreed otherwise. If we permit delivery before payment, a payment term of 7 days after delivery of the order applies.
Credit card/PayPal:
A 3% surcharge applies to payments made by credit card or PayPal.
Prices:
All prices listed on the website are shown excluding and including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Typographical errors and typographical errors are reserved. If an item is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel delivery and refund any payments.
Payment Terms:
If the agreed payment term is exceeded, collection may be initiated without further notice, with all costs, as well as statutory interest and other fees, at your expense.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are tiered by country and order size and are calculated in the shopping cart based on country, order amount, etc.
If shipping costs deviate significantly from the tiered price due to, for example, island surcharges or remote area surcharges, we reserve the right to use a different shipping method and/or charge additional shipping costs. In such cases, we will contact you before shipping.
Delivery:
We always aim to ship all orders received before 2:00 PM (GMT) on weekdays, including payment, the same business day. If you place an order over the weekend, we aim to ship it on Monday. You will receive the track and trace code from our carrier, which you can use to track the delivery. You will receive a shipping notification from us upon actual shipment.
If the package cannot be delivered during the first delivery attempt, it will be delivered to a DPD Parcelshop. You must collect the package there within 5 business days. If a package is not collected (on time), it will be returned to us. DPD will charge us for the return costs, which we will then pass on to you. Shipping costs must be paid again for resending the order. You will then receive an invoice for this.
This policy remains in effect, even if you indicate you were home all day!
Purchase:
All orders placed after offer and acceptance, whether written or verbal, are binding and obligatory. Clicking the "Submit Order" button on the last page of the checkout process means you have placed an "order with payment obligation" and are obligated to pay for and purchase the ordered products. This also applies if you have submitted an order by email, order form, etc., and have received confirmation from us. Items ordered and shipped cannot be returned.
Reporting damage and shortages:
Reports of damage or shortages must be reported to us in writing no later than 2 days after receipt of the goods. Upon receipt of deliveries, all packages must be inspected for damage. If damage to the packaging is found, this must be sent to the carrier by registered mail upon receipt and reported to us immediately in writing.
If no external damage is visible and damage is discovered upon unpacking, please report this to us in writing immediately, preferably with photos of the damaged products. Any missing items must also be reported to us.
If the carrier is contacted without informing us, we will not be able to process your damage report afterward.
Please note: Video footage is recorded during the processing of all orders. Reports of missing items will be verified using this video footage.
Shipping:
All orders can be picked up at our warehouse.
If you choose to have the shipment shipped, we will have DPD do this.
Shipping is always at the buyer's risk. We are in no way liable for loss, damage, theft, etc.
You can personally choose to grant our carrier permission to leave your order in your absence. In the event of loss of (parts of) your order, we are also not liable for loss, damage, theft, etc., and no compensation will be provided.
Privacy:
All information provided to us will be used exclusively for the processing, administration, and delivery of your order(s). Your information will be stored indefinitely in the secure section of the website and our administration software. You can view and edit the personal data we store in your account.
Selective Pet Supplies B.V. will never share data with third parties, except for carriers who require this data for delivery. If you wish to close your account, please notify us. We will then delete your data from our systems, with the exception of the administration software, which cannot be deleted.
You can subscribe to our newsletter via the website or when creating an account. If you no longer wish to receive it, you can unsubscribe via the link in the newsletter after receiving it.
It is prohibited to share data, prices, information, etc., with third parties without the express written permission of Selective Pet Supplies.
Applicable law:
Disputes will be resolved amicably whenever possible. If this proves impossible, the Dutch court will have jurisdiction, and the court in the district where Selective Pet Supplies B.V. is located will have jurisdiction, unless Selective Pet Supplies B.V. chooses the court of your place of residence or place of business.
